Staffing
Promoters: 4 Will be going around different areas of Phoenix during the week and spreading the word about Bedrock's karaoke night. They will be in charge of creating and distributing different types of advertising material.
Ticket Sales: 2- In charge of selling the tickets when people arrive.
Concessions: 3- Selling food and beverages to the people who are attending events. Concessionists MUST BE 21 because they will be serving alcoholic beverages.
Security: 3- Watching the area and the people to make sure everyone is being respectful of the area. They will also be making sure that there is no consumption of alcohol by minors at the events.
Manager: 2- Helping in different departments throughout the night that may help when a busy rush occurs.
Music Crew: 3- In charge of the actual karaoke sections. One will be in charge of getting participants signed up for times and allowing them to pick out songs. The other two will be playing the music and also introducing the singers before they perform.
