Equipment Needed

The only equipment we will need is a set up for the stage, the vendors, and the concessions. The space needed will include our stage and the bleacher space for the families to enjoy the music and events.  This will cover one acre of land including the parking space needed.

During Family Fun Days all areas of the Bedrock facility are going to be used. This includes but not limited to the following:
      Parking Lot (2 acres)
       Concessions (20ft x15ft x12ft)
       Stage (50ft x40ft x40ft)
       Seating (1,000 person seating spread among 1 acre)
       Restrooms (20ft x15ft x12ft (per restroom))
       Storage Room (40ft x25ft x15ft)
       Dressing Rooms (24ft x17ft x9ft)
                *all equipped with restroom and shower

       Loading Docks (4 docks total (2 for backstage, 2 for all other areas of  
       facility/ 2 are adjustable to size of truck) 15ft x10ft x5ft for 
       unadjustable)
