Attendance Policy

They will all be getting all of the days listed above to use whenever they would like. They will have to have the vacation and personal days approved by the Human Resource Department first though. If they are calling into work for a sick day we expect to be called as soon as possible so we can have a replacement ready if needed. We expect all workers and volunteers to show up on time for their shift and to be prepared for the work that needs to be completed.

Other types of days off that were not listed above is also maternity leave and bereavement days. All employees are offered maternity leave if they are pregnant and will be offer two months of paid time for this. For bereavement days all employees will be paid for the time that is taken off. We are offering 3 days for grandparents or parents and 5 days for spouse of dependents of the worker.
